a. Reviewed PHiP July Interim Report and what club has accomplished so far.
b. Mark from CT party 8/23
c. Josh & Julie collected can tabs, food (25 lbs.) and cellphones
d. Maryanne passed out tickets from Holyoke mall for people to sell, all money goes to the club. Just need to turn in stubs and money to Maryanne so that she can report back to the organizer.

1. Big E Float, Tentative date 9/20

Ride on float and throw beads to the crowd.
There is a waiver form you need to fill out.
2. Alzheimers Memory Walk 9/21 8:15am
11th year participating

Need help with Registration, walking, feeding lunch, greeting, money donations, whatever you are able to contribute even if its prayers for a nice day, Mike will graciously accept.

1. Ronald McDonald House Harvest Party 10/19 1-3pm
Chairpeople Scott & Barbara Simpson
Please wear costumes, there will be pumpkin carving, donut string eating, cupcake decorations, and goodie baskets for all residents, gifts for parents, food bags for families.
c) Nov
1. MOTM Lowest registration ever still open for people to go as long as they are associated with a club.
2. Quarterly Meeting 11/13 Opa-Opa Steakhouse 6:30pm

3. Club 10th Anniversary Party 11/22
Holyoke Inn, Holyoke
Chairpeople Maryann & Keith Watson
Would like to have a meeting with the Vermont Club prior to the evening so that both clubs members can meet prior to the 2010 convention we are co-hosting.
Scott will get cost for Rum Runners to play at the party.
Maryann will use the tickets for Holyoke shopping as promotion to get attendees for the party.

2. Ronald McDonald House Xmas Adoption tentative 12/13

Juie will get list of residents from RMH for adoption. Set dollar limit on spending $40, fill stockings for each resident, put together food bags for families
a. Josh & Julie would like the club to walk in the 4th of July parade with a club banner to do some recruiting. Also there are concerts during the summer on every Wednesday night in East Longmeadow and would like to set-up a table for recruiting. Both really good ideas and Josh & Julie should work with Scott who is the Director of Membership.
b. Thank you to the friends of Barbara & Scott, Carol, Holly, Bonnie and Barbara for joining our meeting and maybe soon new club members.
