Sunday – April 23rd

It was a wonderfully rainy morning when my two sisters and I set out at the crack of dawn to participate in the annual tag sale.  Since no other fools were out that rainy morning we arrived at the location earlier than expected 7:35am.  So we decided to head back towards the highway to have a little something to eat at McDonalds and to get rid of that large cup of coffee we drank from Dunkin Donuts.

We then arrived at the hall for 7:50am and saw Mina sitting in the parking lot.  She was waiting for someone to come open the door for us.  Little did we know that the whole time there was a person in the basement waiting for us.  Mina finally knocked loudly on that door and after she had gone back to her car I saw a woman walking around the building from that direction.  So Mina walked through the building and let us in where we preceded to set-up our tables.  Of course, Mina had all the beads at that point in time.

While we were waiting for guests we were just chit-chatting with everyone.  Keith and Marianne showed up and I got beeds.  Of course, Marianne and I were back and forth with the beads, but Mina never lost hers.  Then Mina got ours….how sad.  But fun.

After we made some sales and it was time to pack up, Mina after having them all day long lost her beads to Marianne…..it was quite by accident and Marianne wasn’t even trying to get them.  I think that’s the key, don’t worry about it, because eventually you’ll get them even for a fleeting moment.

I’m looking forward to many wonderful events and fun with all members and non-members of our club that we work with.
